Property Hub Services is a family owned company that was founded in 2017 with the mission of creating a cleaning company that is transparent and honest, and provides reliable efficient services.
Having experienced the industry firsthand we understand how cleaners can often be underpaid and undervalued while clients are offered overpriced and unsatisfied services.

Part of our company culture is to see to the welfare of our staff which includes being equally and fairly paid for their work and experience while providing standard cleaning in all areas and communicating honestly with our clients.   We know that keeping your property clean, whether that be your home, office or the building you manager is highly important for hygiene, appearance and wellbeing but we also believe the services provided should be of high standard and economical this is why we offer tailored cleaning services that fit around your time and your budget.

The team

Our core team has years of experience in the cleaning industry and with this knowledge they have come together to provide customers the best cleaning services for the most reasonable costs.

 

Our team is the machine that helps us run efficiently. We check backgrounds and thoroughly train our staff so that we can offer you the best services, we also encourage their growth by providing opportunities to expand their abilities. Our operatives are specialised and qualified in their area.

All our staff use a specific app designed to check in and check out when they are on site, we monitor our services with out quality control measures which include on-site inspections and customer feedback. 

We also comply with the latest health and safety regulations in order to ensure the safety and protection of anyone within your premises.

Cesar Mendoza

Managing Director

Cesar started off as a cleaner and moved up to management.
He decided to start his own cleaning company with the intention of providing honest service and to build something for his family.

Marketing Manager

Debby began helping in the company as customer relations while studying marketing.
She has helped stablish the company online while still dealing with clients and customers. She is currently taking more of a marketing role.

Personnel Manager

Mercedes has worked many years within the cleaning industry as a cleaner and as supervisor.

She is passionate about protecting and being fair with the staff while providing great services for clients.
