WHAT WE DO
Your flooring can be the perfect backdrop for your home décor becoming the first thing people notice when they come into your property. Everything can look almost perfect but if the floor is looking worn and bleak it can steal away from the atmosphere you're trying to create.
This is where we come in, whether your floor is wooden, marble or granite floor we can get it looking clean and shiny with our floor buffing service.
What is floor buffing?
Buffing is like a deep clean for your floor. It “exfoliates” the top layer of the floor to reveal its original glossy beauty and shine.
There are two types of buffing:

Spray (most commonly known as buffing): uses a liquid chemical to remove dirt from the floor and a polishing solution to enhance shine.

Dry: uses high speed action buffer that smooths floor and removes marks.
Depending on the type of floor you have the technician will know which buffing technique is best.
How is this carried out?
One of our technicians will come to your property to view and inspect the condition and what method is best for your flooring. The floor should first be hoovered and mopped properly before the buffering can take place.
Once this is done the technician will then carry out the job using the right equipment for the best results, this will include using the buffing machine and the correct pad for the type of floor you have.
It's important that the area where the buffing will take place be closed off until the cleaning has been done this is for health and safety reasons and to avoid any accidents. For this reason we suggest that the buffing take place when the premises are empty and will not be used for a couple of hours.
NOTE: it's important to note that the size of the flooring, the condition and floor material will determine how long the cleaning takes.

how long will the service take?
This all depends on the size, condition and material of the floor but just to be on the safe side expect it to take half a day.
How do i pay?
We would normally invoice you the day after the cleaning is completed. We take bank transfers only.
We are transparent and honest with our pricing. There is no hidden fee.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
No. We will be upfront about how much the work will cost, this will include labour and the material needed.
We will also require a deposit but this too will be explained in the quotation.
do i have to move furniture?
Yes. The floor must be completely naked and all obstacles.
