What is included in this service?
This is what is normally covered in our end of tenancy cleaning:
Bedrooms: dust all surfaces including door frames, window sills, all woodwork, vents and ceiling fans, remove cobwebs. Wipe any door marks, window sills, tables and other smooth surfaces, inside drawers, switches and sockets. Clean mirrors and windows from the inside, clean on top of picture frames. Hoover room including underneath bed.
Living Room: dust all surfaces including door frames, window sills, all woodwork, vents and ceiling fans, remove cobwebs. Wipe any door marks, window sills, tables and other smooth surfaces, inside drawers, switches and sockets. Clean mirrors and windows from the inside, clean on top of picture frames. Hoover room including underneath sofa, moving cushions and hoovering sofa.
Bathrooms: clean and remove limescale from toilet, shower, bathtub. Clean and remove limescale from tiles, all taps, fittings and sink. Wipe and dust sink cabinet, radiator, towel rail. Clean mirrors and glass. Wipe and clean extractor fans from dust and dirt and mop floor.
Wipe Hallways & Staircases: dust all surfaces, wipe skirting boards, wipe bannisters, hoover and/or mop the floor.
Kitchen: Clear and clean inside and outside all cupboards and drawers. Wipe and remove all grime from counters and surfaces. Wipe down inside and outside washing machine, check and clean rubber seal, clean dispenser drawer. Remove mildew, grime, clean dispenser drawer in dishwasher.
Descale sink, tap and clear of any dirt. Clean the inside and outside of the microwave including the rotating plate and handle. Remove all grime, mildew and food splatter from *Fridge, wipe the door handles, rubber seal and outside. Clean inside and outside *Freezer and wipe door handles.
(FREE) Degrease and clean oven, hob, oven racks, inner top of oven, grill. Wipe and clean outside.
Dust and wipe skirting boards, light fixtures, window sills, wall tiles and rubbish bin.
Clean and degrease kitchen extractor fan and filter. Vacuum and mop the floor.
*NOTE: Fridges and freezers should be defrosted in advance.

The earlier the better. The earliest our cleaners can start is 8am, we recommend an early start as this type of cleaning can take a couple of hours.
What time can cleaners start?
Do you provide cleaning material and equipment?
All equipment and material will be provided by us so you don't have to worry.
how many cleaners will do the cleaning?
This all depends on the size of the property, normally we would send 2 but may send more depending on the size and condition of the property as well as any additional requested service.
what happens if the cleaners miss something?
If this was the case, though our cleaners are very thorough, we can fix this with no additional charge. Just make sure you let us know within 24hrs so we can send someone over to rectify the problem.
Do i have to be in the property?
No, but you would have to arrange a key-pick up.
We are transparent and honest with our pricing. There is no hidden fee.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE HOW MUCH TO CHARGE ME?
To give you a fair and honest quotation we consider the size of the property, the condition of the property and what other extra services you require. Normally we would request to see the property ourselves before giving you a quotation, this is to avoid overpricing you.
How do i pay?
We ask for a deposit of £50 to secure the service.
After the cleaning is done we will invoice you the rest the day after the cleaning is done. We only take bank transfer.
