WHAT WE DO
Carpets need care and maintenance, especially in high traffic areas and often regular vacuuming does not get to the root of the dirt that could be making your carpets dull, lifeless and unhygienic. Tough stains which are hard to remove with off the shelf stain removers can sometimes leave carpets with patchy discolouration and damage. Instead of replacing your carpet (which can be quite expensive) let our professional team handle the carpet cleaning, we can remove stains and hard dirt.
How is this carried out?
We use high end professional equipment to clean your carpets, rug and furniture. We use hot water extraction to safely and efficiently remove all stains and dirt from carpets and upholstery and we also use eco friendly carpet cleaning solution that will remove dirt but protect your carpet.
NOTE: it's important to let the carpet or upholstery dry before using them again. Drying time depends on room airflow but normally takes about 4-5 hours
We would send one or two of our trained technicians who would take with them our high end carpet cleaning machine. We would need access to your power supply and water - but don't worry if you don't have water we can bring some ourselves.
We would then vacuum your carpet first before using the carpet machine. Then our technicians would get down to business and clean your carpets leaving them fresh and spotless.*
*Attempting to remove stains with harsh stain removers yourself may permanently damage your carpet and prevent us from saving your carpet. It's also important to note that how old the rug or carpets can affect the results.

what's the best time to book?
We provide cleaning services Monday to Saturday, we suggest booking whatever time works best for you that gives you enough time to let the carpet or upholstery dry afterwards.
How do i pay?
We would normally invoice you the day after the cleaning is done. We take bank transfers only.
We are transparent and honest with our pricing. There is no hidden fee.
can i use my carpet or upholstery after it's been cleaned?
We recommend to let the carpet and upholstery dry before you use it again this is because since it's clean and wet if the carpet is exposed to dirt or stains it will absorb and dry with it. For best results it's better to wait for it to dry.
how often should i have my carpets professionally cleaned?
This very much depends on how much traffic the carpet is exposed to, but normally it is best to have your carpets cleaned twice a year this allows your carpet to be up-kept and extend it's 'life' span.
Can't i just clean my own carpets?
Although this may seem like the easiest way to save yourself some money it could end up costing you more in the long run. Removing stains with household chemicals could actually end up causing damage to your carpet which would eventually lead you to have either patchy carpets or to get them replaced.
It's best to leave the cleaning to professionals who know what they are doing, after all, it's better to be safe than sorry.
